Change DNS on SAGEMCOM F@st 1704

Learn how to configure CleanBrowsing DNS on your SAGEMCOM F@st 1704 router to enable content filtering for your home network.

Step 1: Access the Router

Navigate to 192.168.1.1 or http://myrouter in your browser and log in with administrator credentials. If these addresses do not work, consult our generic router configuration page for alternatives.

Step 2: Navigate to DNS Section

In the router dashboard, go to Advanced Settings -> DNS -> DNS Server to locate the domain name system configuration options.

Step 3: Update DNS Settings

Select Use the following DNS IP address option. Enter the CleanBrowsing DNS addresses:

  • DNS Server1 IP Address: 185.228.168.168
  • DNS Server2 IP Address: 185.228.169.168

If you have a paid CleanBrowsing plan, use your account-specific DNS IPs instead.

Click Apply/Save to finalize the changes.
