Learn how to configure CleanBrowsing DNS on your CenturyLink Actiontec MI424WR router to enable content filtering for your home network.
Log into your router's browser-based utility by entering http://192.168.1.1 (or your default configuration IP) into a browser. Then authenticate as the administrator.
Locate and click the Network Connections option within the router's menu interface.
Select the edit function for the primary connected broadband network (either Broadband or Coax). Then click the Settings button to access configuration options.
Enter the CleanBrowsing DNS addresses into the Primary and Secondary DNS Server fields:
If you have a paid CleanBrowsing plan, use the DNS IPs from your account settings instead.
Click OK to save changes.
