How to Configure Predefined Platforms

This section allows a user to create exceptions to some of the more popular platforms:

This section will show you if a specific platform is affected by a category, and the administrator can choose to override the setting.

For instance, in the image above you see that “Reddit” is being blocked by the Mixed Content category.

A network administrator can choose to override that block, ignoring the category, or leaving it as is.

The power of using these predefined filters is that they block everything associated with the platform. For instance, a user might want to block TikTok by using the “Custom allowed domain” feature, but not realize that the app itself uses more than just the main TikTok domain. These predefined filters take all associated domains into consideration.
